Too often today, people live in a constant state of stress. The mind and body remain on high alert. Stress from work, stress in relationships, stress about the world, stress without even knowing the reason. Many are so caught in this cycle that they can hardly imagine what it would feel like to live without it.

We are not made to live in constant stress. When we do, it takes a heavy toll on every part of us and leaves us more vulnerable to long-term problems in our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health.

When we release stress from the system, we open the way to greater happiness, peace, and prosperity.

This course is for you if you want to release and heal from stress through the natural state of hypnosis. You will learn to practise self-hypnosis, and then continue to build and integrate the vision of the life you truly want.

FORMAT & QUESTIONS
When does the course start?
The course begins on the 3rd of September and ends on the 29th of October. All sessions are held at 5 pm UTC+8.

• 3rd September – Session 1 (2 hours)
• 17th September – Session 2 (2 hours)
• 1st October – Session 3 (2 hours)
• 29th October – Session 4 (1 hour)

How much time do I need to set aside for the course?
As with everything, the more effort you put in, the greater the rewards you will receive.
Minimum daily commitment and practise;
• Seven minutes of self-hypnosis practice, plus writing one sentence about your daily progress or experience during steps 1 and 2
• Writing your goal image between steps 2 and 3
• During step 3, continue with the same practice as step 1, but aim for at least fifteen minutes of self-hypnosis each day plus one sentence of reflection. By this point, most participants find that they naturally want to practise for longer.

Why seven minutes of daily self-hypnosis plus a daily progress update?
This simple commitment ensures that you truly benefit from the course. Many people collect intellectual knowledge about self-growth but stop there, never putting it into practice. Real transformation comes from doing, and through regular practice we flourish.
​
It is normal to miss a day here and there, and that is perfectly fine. What matters is the commitment you give to yourself. My role is to support you and help you achieve the best results possible.
​
Where is the course?
The course is online and held as a group program. We will use Zoom and 15five as platforms.
Do I need anything additional for the course?
You will need a journal. Everything else is included within the course.
​
How much does it cost?
The course is offered on a sliding scale between 75 and 175 euros. You decide what you can contribute within that range. This allows more people to take part, regardless of financial circumstances.
